Just a quick thank you for your advice and knowledge.  I am very pleased with my new mower.  It had no trouble chomping through the long grass that is supposed to be my lawn.  I should have got one years ago.  It would have taken me at least 4 hours to get through but I can honestly say it was under an hour including getting used to the machine.  The size is perfect and now all I need are the gadgets that condition the lawn!!!

Thank you for all the help you have given me with the purchase and advice of the YTS 4000 24HP Manual Lawn Tractor.  It cuts first rate.  I’m very pleased with it and when I hook it up to my garden trailer and load up with logs it pulls without a hitch (I keep it in low gears when I’m pulling).  The only problem I now have is my wife wondering when I will be back home (I’m out for hours).  I love driving it around the woodland.  It puts a smile on my face and has made a chore into a joy.  I will have no problem in recommending you.

Your van arrived yesterday at exactly 3 pm as promised and I must say what a good guy he was.  His explanation of the machine and its controls was excellent.  I’d also like to say how pleased I am with the mower  -  its much more than I’d first expected, especially given the cost compared to other machines with a similar spec.  My background is (precision) engineering and major engineering builds/projects so I’ve a keen eye for detail and things being “right” and after giving the machine a good coat of looking at and inspection I must say I am very impressed indeed  -  build quality and component quality look to be far better than the cost would suggest.  I’ve cut my orchard for the first time and it now looks like a well tended garden rather than a patch of waste ground.  Thank you for the product and the excellent service.  (be aware that I never leave feedback when purchasing due to lack of available time  -  however in this instance I feel compelled to).

Just wanted to let you know the LTS 1500 that I bought from you is absolutely superb.  The lawns were around 14 inches tall and the mower tackled the job with ease going over and over lowering the deck one notch at a time.  The engine was more than powerful enough and the speed easily matched to the job with the six gears and to top it off it almost runs on fresh air.  It is extremely fuel efficient compared to my old MTD mower.  Thank you for importing these machines which appear to equal the quality of machines costing 3 or 4 times the price you charge.  I am extremely pleased and would be more than happy to recommend Craftsman Tractors and your company to any potential client.

You sent me a few days ago a cutter deck for my machine.  Brilliant advice to go for the smaller one.  Brilliant service and pallet line were great  -  they phoned an hour out and complied with instructions.  The lawn (field?!) looks great for the step-daughters wedding.

I've been meaning to email you for a while. Just to say that I have been really impressed with the craftsman tractor I bought from you. It's almost 3 years old now, it has cut grass, pulled harrows and rollers and trailer loads of loose stones for track mending. I even have a sprayer that I fit to the back for weed killing the gravel. The land I use it on is rough and hilly and at times, there are hidden stones and sometimes the grass gets really long before I get chance to cut it. It has taken all this in its stride and it is a pleasure to use. If you ever need a recommendation let me know.
